Monday Carers Gardening Group
Date/Time: Mondays from 10:00am-1:00pm
Venue: Gorse Hill Community Allotment
Event Summary: An opportunity to grow a wide variety of fresh fruit and vegetables over two allotment plots. Perfect for people who want some fresh air and don’t mind getting a bit dirty. If it is raining, the group will play board games.
Monday Art Group

Event Summary: Using different medias like acrylic and watercolour to produce amazing art on canvas. You don't have to be Picasso to join in, all abilities welcome. The group is led by a former Carer, an accomplished artist, who enjoys meeting with other Carers to take time to create their artwork. You can always commission one of our artists to paint your or a loved one’s portrait.

Tuesday RHS Bridgewater Wellbeing
Date/Time: 2nd Tuesday of the Month from 10am-12am (No booking in March or October)
Event Summary: This workshop may include gardening activities like planting and harvesting, relaxation in nature (nature walks, forest bathing), and arts and crafts (painting, Japanese plant printing) to improve carer wellbeing. You can stay in the gardens after the wellbeing session has finished.
Note: Activities depend on the weather and what materials they have on the day.

Carer Meditation Vouchers
Meditation Vouchers are available for our registered carers.
Date / Time: The voucher can be used once a week at any of the following times:

Event Summary: The voucher allows weekly access to to meditation sessions at The Hope Centre, Hampden Rd, Sale, M33 7UB at any of the following times: Tuesday and Thursdays 7.30-8pm or Wednesdays 12.45pm – 1.10pm. Please email info@traffordcarerscentre.org.uk to request your voucher.
Carer Drop-ins around Trafford
Our Caseworkers are available around Trafford to provide support if you are unable to make it into our office in Sale and want to speak to someone face to face.
Mondays
The 1st Monday of the month a caseworker will be at Blue Sci, Partington from 10:30am-12:30pm.
Tuesdays
The 3rd Tuesday of the month a caseworker will be available at Stretford Public Hall from 10:00am-12:00pm.
Wednesday
Every Wednesday a caseworker will be at The Hub, Pownall Road, Altringham, WA14 2SZ from 1:00pm-3:00pm.
Thursday
The 2nd Thursday of the month a caseworker will be at Salvation Army from 1:00pm-3:00pm specifically for people caring for someone with autism.
The 4th Thursday of the month a caseworker will be at Stretford Public Hall from 12:30pm-2:00pm.
